Who we are
SepticTank.com is owned and operated by High Caliber Consulting LLC, 1528 Locust St, Canal Fulton, OH 44614. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the operator of SepticTank.com. You can reach us through our contact page or by mail at 1528 Locust St, Canal Fulton, OH 44614.
What we collect
When you request septic service we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you add it, ZIP code, the service you need, your notes and the page you were on. When you contact us we collect your message and contact details. Septic companies that create an account give us their business name, contact details and billing information, which our payment processor handles.
Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited. We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember simple preferences.
How we use it
We use a service request to connect you with an independent septic company that serves your area, and to send you a confirmation. We use contact messages to reply to you. We use account details to run company accounts, city rentals and billing, and we use technical information to keep the site working and secure.
Who we share it with
When you request service, we share your request with the local septic company that serves your city, or with nearby companies offered the chance to accept it, so they can contact you. Those companies are independent businesses with their own privacy practices. We also use service providers for hosting, email and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by using our contact page. Companies can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message.
How long we keep it
We keep service requests and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations and resolve disputes.
Children
SepticTank.com is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
