What SepticTank.com is

SepticTank.com connects homeowners with independent septic service companies. We do not perform septic work, we are not a party to any agreement between you and a septic company, and we do not employ, supervise or guarantee the companies you hear from. Each company is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling and work.

Information on this site

Our pages explain septic care in general terms. Local soil and climate data describe the area around a city, not any specific property. Nothing on the site is professional, engineering or legal advice. Check local rules with your county or state health department and rely on a qualified professional for your property.

Requesting service

When you submit a request, you agree that we may share it with septic companies that serve your area and that they may contact you by phone or email about your request. Please give accurate information and only submit requests for property you own or are authorized to act for.

Septic company accounts

Companies that rent a city or buy a lead agree to pay the posted price, to contact homeowners promptly and professionally, to hold any licenses and insurance their work requires, and to use homeowner information only to respond to that request. City rentals renew until canceled and can be managed from your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse homeowner information or receive repeated serious complaints.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, scrape or copy the site in bulk, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SepticTank.com is not liable for the work, prices, delays or conduct of any septic company, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
